VisNow visualization software has been originally designed and developed from scratch by the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling at the University of Warsaw. At first, it was just a small library of Java classes, created by dr Krzysztof Nowiński, used for visualization purposes in other applications. 

Since 2020 VisNow development made a step towards the open-source community and is now developed by the association, still with significant contribution from ICM and the original VisNow team!

Creating your own modules [legacy material]

VisNow framework enables users to create their own modules and integrate them with the application.

A new module can be created as a modification of a specially prepared template and after packaging and describing libraries in XML, can be integrated into the main application just by opening a JAR library file.
